Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Company refers to Triangle Swimming Pool Company LLC, doing business as Triangle Swimming Pools (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

SMS Messaging & Communications
The Company may use text messaging to communicate with customers who have voluntarily provided their phone number through forms, proposals, consultations, or appointment scheduling.

Opt-Out & Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
